Terms and Conditions
To confirm the reservation, a card charge of 10% of the total will be made online through a secure server.
The rest will be paid on arrival at the accommodation in cash or by card.
If you cancel the reservation within 24 hours after making the reservation no charges will be made and you will be reimbursed the 10% charged at the time of booking.
If you cancel the reservation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the establishment does not return the 10% already charged on the day of booking.
If you cancel the reservation within 30 days of the date of your arrival or if you do NOT show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the entire stay.
MODIFY A RESERVATION

CONDITIONS RELATING TO CHILDREN:
Children of all ages can stay
Children under 2 years of age can stay for free.
There are cots and high chairs available to customers, check availability.
The person whose name the reservation was made must be over 21 years old. At the time of booking you must specify the number of people who will use the accommodation, which should never be higher than the reserved number. The capacity of the accommodation can never be exceeded, except for children under 2 who sleep in a crib. In case this rule is not respected, the company is authorized to vacate the apartment without the client being entitled to any financial compensation.
The guest who makes the reservation and who signs the documents at the entrance is personally responsible for the behavior of all the guests that accompany him.
The client expressly recognizes that the contracted accommodation does not constitute or constitute his / her habitual residence, only having a right to use it during the contracted period.
The entrance to the apartment (Check-in) will be guaranteed from 2:00 p.m.
In the days prior to your arrival, we will send you an e-mail with the necessary instructions for entering the apartment (key collection, meeting point address, contact numbers, etc.).
In order for our staff to be attentive on the day of your arrival and not to make them wait, it is essential that you inform us of your arrival time and flight data (the latter if there is one).
By regulation, we must at the time of check-in make the registration of guests, so each of the people who stay must provide their identity document (national identity document or passport). To facilitate this process and make it faster and more convenient for both parties, we will send you by email a link with a form where you can easily send us your personal data. In case you do not receive this data beforehand, we must do it upon arrival at the accommodation.
On the day of your departure (Check-out), you must leave the apartment before 12h in the morning.
The apartment must be in good condition.
We would appreciate it if you remove the garbage and deposit it in the containers closest to your accommodation.
Before leaving, please check that you do not have any belongings left in the accommodation. Apartamentos Medano is not responsible for or guarantees their recovery.
RULES DURING YOUR STAY:
The tranquility and respect with the neighbors must be maintained at all times. The hours between 22:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. You can not make noise, loud music, or talk loudly that can disturb the neighbors.
Parties inside the apartment are NOT allowed, they are strictly prohibited. The public scandal or an inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and the coexistence with the neighbors, will suppose the immediate expulsion without considering the hour of the day or the night. This also means the loss of the rent without any right of compensation.
Irregularities and / or deficiencies that the client may find in the rented property must be communicated, as soon as possible and always during the stay. We will solve the anomaly as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of the client to leave the property in the same state in which it was found, responding to all those damages and damages caused by the negligent action.
Prohibited hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies. All accommodations have a portable or fixed clothesline.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Yes in the outdoor areas (balconies and / or terraces).
For bookings over 7 nights, we will make a change of sheets and towels at no additional cost.
For your safety, always lock doors, windows and access to terraces. We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or loss of personal property of guests (documentation, money, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) left in the apartment.
Contribute not to waste energy and unnecessary consumption by ensuring that the lights and electrical appliances are off and the water taps are closed every time you leave the compensation.
During your stay, empty the trash and deposit it in the nearest trash containers. In each accommodation there is a map indicating the nearest points.
Pets are allowed in some of our accommodations, ALWAYS under the responsibility of their owners and after consultation.
RULES OF CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY:

In the case of the breach of any of the obligations mentioned above, such as incorrect behavior, complaints from neighbors for constant noise or, in the case that the police have had to resort to some reason, Apartamentos Medano is fully authorized to request Clients who immediately vacate the apartment, without said clients having any right to any type of financial compensation.
Medano Apartments appreciates your collaboration and understanding, hoping that you understand that each and every one of the points mentioned above are necessary in order to preserve the well-being of the whole community and especially rest the neighbors since all the apartments are located in residential buildings.
You will have a guard phone from Monday to Sunday so that you can contact the staff of Apartamentos Medano, outside office hours, in case of any incident related to the apartment or through our email.
